Lynx EMS is seeking a Day Shift Non-Emergency Medical Transport (NEMT) Driver in Indianapolis, IN to support daytime transport operations for scheduled medical appointments, dialysis transports, and hospital discharges.

Ideal candidates are dependable, service-oriented, and eager to gain healthcare exposure. EMT certification not required; you will work with EMTs and staff to transport patients safely, comfortably, and professionally.

Qualifications

• Clean background check and driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs, and push, pull, bend, and move without restrictions.

• Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic.

Responsibilities

Position Overview – Day Shift

As a Day Shift NEMT Driver, you will play a vital role in supporting daytime transport operations, which represent one of our highest-demand service periods. Day shift team members are essential in managing scheduled medical appointments, dialysis transports, hospital discharges, and interfacility transfers.

This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, service-oriented, and interested in building a career in healthcare or emergency medical services. You will work closely with EMTs and medical staff to ensure patients are transported safely, comfortably, and efficiently throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist EMTs with non-emergency medical transports during scheduled daytime operations
