Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent with seven years of relevant work experience, an associate degree with five years of relevant work experience, a bachelor’s degree with three years of relevant work experience, or a master’s degree with one year of relevant work experience, along with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Three or more years of experience in project or program management, neighborhood revitalization, community development, local government, infrastructure, economic development, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and management of a portfolio of neighborhood-focused projects with scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain partnerships with residents, organizations, property owners, and agencies involved in project planning.
• Plan and support meaningful community engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project implementation, track risks, timelines, and milestones, and document status for stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and community partners.
