Job summary

The Atlanta Community Food Bank is seeking a Communications Center Coordinator to serve neighbors with compassionate, solution-oriented support across our network of Community Food Centers and delivery programs.

You'll manage inbound/outbound calls, schedule appointments at four CFCs in Atlanta, Marietta, Jonesboro, and Stone Mountain, maintain neighbor profiles, coordinate deliveries with Amazon and DoorDash, and oversee K-Launch communications to ensure accurate, timely service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call-center environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across platforms with accuracy.
• Familiarity with Excel and delivery platforms (Amazon, DoorDash).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for neighbors via inbound/outbound calls with compassionate support.
• Answer questions about food assistance, donations, benefits, and resources.
• Schedule appointments at four CFCs and maintain neighbor profiles.
• Coordinate deliveries with Amazon and DoorDash; maintain delivery docs.
• Manage K-Launch texting platform and improve processes.
