Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a dedicated coordinator to support client intake and admissions. You will screen potential clients by phone, document conversations, and prepare needs assessments and referrals. This role requires strong communication and reporting skills.

Annual compensation starts at $15/hour, with final pay based on skills and experience. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth and supportive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor Degree or higher in a Human Service field preferred.
• Experience in health or human services agency, preferably in a drug & alcohol setting, preferred.

• Complete all documentation associated with client calls.
• Complete all required reports associated with Needs Assessment/Referral Development.
• Handle on-call/off hours admissions, referral and transportation needs.

We offer behavioral healthcare services – psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. – that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being.

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 8 am - 8 pm

Deliverables/Principal Results Expected

• Conduct screening on potential client calls.
• Complete all documentation associated with client calls.
• Complete all required reports associated with Needs Assessment/Referral Development.
• Handle on-call/off hours admissions, referral and transportation needs.

Technical Competencies: Maintain accurate bed availability throughout the entire Pyramid system; demonstrate conduct in keeping with Pyramid ethical standards; participate in training and development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills. Working knowledge of emotional/mental health/drug & alcohol issues.

Education, Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor Degree or higher in a Human Service field preferred. Experience in health or human services agency, preferably in a drug & alcohol setting, preferred.
