Job summary

King's Insurance Staffing is seeking a Commercial Auto Claims Examiner for our Nebraska office. You will investigate, evaluate, document, and resolve commercial auto and liability claims, working with senior staff while handling straightforward first-party physical damage and select third-party property damage cases.

The role supports litigation, vendor coordination, claim documentation, and invoice review.

Qualifications

• NE resident required; Nebraska residency stated.
• Experience in an insurance carrier or claims organization preferred.
• Experience with first-party physical damage and third-party property damage claims desirable.
• Understanding of insurance coverage and claims handling practices.
• Litigation support or vendor coordination experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with investigation, evaluation, and resolution of commercial auto and liability claims.
• Handle straightforward first-party physical damage and lower-complexity third-party property damage claims from assignment to resolution.
• Gather and review police reports, photos, driving records, weather, court documents, policies, and invoices.
• Coordinate with independent adjusters and outside resources to assess damages.
• Review estimates to support settlement recommendations.
