The Outreach Team in Nebraska is seeking a Campaign Organizer to recruit and train volunteer activists across Scottsbluff, North Platte, Grand Island, Hastings, Alliance, Chadron, and Norfolk. This full-time role begins by the end of August and runs through Election Day, with responsibilities including canvassing, petition drives, events, and digital outreach.

• Available full-time and Nebraska resident only.
• Ability to recruit and train volunteers and organize events.

Responsibilities

• Identify new supporters and volunteers through canvassing and in-field recruitment.
• Run grassroots skills training to develop campaigners among volunteers.
• Keep meticulous track of a volunteer list and engagement.
