Job summary

The Outreach Team in Nebraska is hiring a full-time Campaign Organizer to build volunteer networks across Scottsbluff, North Platte, Grand Island, Hastings, Alliance, Chadron, and Norfolk. You will recruit, train, and mobilize volunteers for canvassing and campaign events, while coordinating digital outreach and community engagement.

Successful candidates will be driven, community-minded, and able to lead grassroots efforts with strong organization and communication skills in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a verifiable record of safe driving.
• Must be over 21 to drive rental car if needed.
• Must be available full-time.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train volunteers and develop grassroots activists.
• Gather thousands of support cards from Dan Osborn supporters.
• Knock on thousands of doors to educate voters about the campaign.
• Manage digital campaign, data management, and reporting tools to track interactions and write reports.
• Represent the campaign in community spaces and events, engaging coalition and partner organizations.
