Job summary

The Outreach Team is seeking a Part-Time Campaign Organizer to lead grassroots efforts in Nebraska across Scottsbluff, North Platte, Grand Island, Hastings, Alliance, Chadron, and Norfolk. You will recruit, train, and manage volunteers, coordinate events, and drive petitions and community engagement to support an independent Senate campaign run.

We value relationship-building, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 to drive rental car if needed.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance with a verifiable safe driving record.
• Must be available full-time.
• Only Nebraska residents considered.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train a community of volunteer activists.
• Identify new supporters by knocking doors, gathering petitions, flyering, and local campus outreach.
• Keep meticulous track of a volunteer list to ensure no one falls through the cracks.
• Represent the campaign in community spaces and engage coalition and partner organizations.
• Organize high-visibility events and coordinate with volunteers for campaign actions.
