Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years previous experience as a restaurant prep cook.
• Fine dining or farm to table experience preferred, full service dining experience required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean food preparation areas to ensure safe food-handling practices.
• Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality and rotating stock.
• Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperatures.
• Season and cook food according to recipes.
• Press out pizza dough following Neapolitan Standards and add toppings.
• Respond to guest feedback with urgency and professionalism.
