Qualifications

• Formal culinary experience preferred in high-volume or scratch kitchens.
• Solid understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen safety.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portions, and presentation standards.
• Operate ovens, grills, fryers, mixers, and processors safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation in line with health regulations.
• Label, date, and store food correctly to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
• Uphold safety standards for knives, hot surfaces, and cleaning chemicals.
• Monitor food allergies and dietary restrictions and handle with care.
• Assist with prep work and ingredient stocking to keep the line running smoothly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes on time.
• Be willing to assist other stations as needed and cross-train when required.
• Participate in daily cleaning tasks and routine deep-cleaning duties.
