Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks an experienced NDT UT Level II Technician to inspect materials, structures, and critical infrastructure assets using non-destructive testing methods.

You will calibrate and operate NDT equipment, interpret results, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for corrective action. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, maintain safety compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement of inspection procedures while traveling up to 90% of the time across field

Qualifications

• Valid motor vehicle license.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of NDT/utility maintenance/fabrication experience.
• NDT Level II UT Shear Wave certification required.
• Additional Level II certifications preferred (UT, MT, PTCWI).

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections utilizing NDT methods in accordance with safety standards and procedures.
• Evaluate structural integrity and identify corrosion, cracks, flaws.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment and interpret results per codes and specifications.
• Document findings, upload data and photos, and prepare reports with corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams on inspection outcomes and repair recommendations.
• Travel extensively (up to 90%) and be away from home for 3 to 4 weeks at a time.
