Job summary

TEAM, Inc. seeks a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform non-destructive testing at client sites. You will use certified methods (RT, MT, PT, UT, VT, etc.), interpret results, and document findings against client specs and codes.

Ideal candidates hold one or more NDT Level II certifications, API 510/570/653 or similar, and have safety training. Willingness to travel, pass drug screening, and obtain site credentials is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background checks.
• Must be able to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to convey results clearly.
• Ability to travel, work extended hours, and operate in field environments.
• Strong safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform NDT using certified methods per TEAM procedures and codes.
• Interpret, evaluate, and document test results using forms or digital systems.
• Supervise and guide NDT Assistants during field operations.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients on scope and results.
• Maintain detailed records including reports and safety documentation.
• Adhere to radiation safety practices where applicable.
• Follow TEAM’s Life Critical Expectations and safety protocols.
• Uphold professionalism and quality standards.
