Job summary

TEAM Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform non-destructive testing at various client sites.

The ideal candidate holds one or more NDT certifications (RT, MT, PT, UT, VT, etc.) and demonstrates professionalism, data accuracy, safety, and quality in field operations. Primary responsibilities include testing, documenting results, supervising assistants, calibrating equipment, and coordinating with project managers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
• Must be able to obtain TWIC, DISA, or other site access credentials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to communicate results clearly.
• Ability to travel, work extended hours, and operate in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods following TEAM procedures, client specs, and applicable codes.
• Interpret, evaluate, and document test results using forms, digital systems, or reporting platforms.
• Supervise NDT Assistants and support personnel during field operations.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment and related tools safely.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients regarding scope, access, and results.
• Maintain detailed records including reports, time sheets, and safety documentation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and site-specific requirements, including radiation safety if applicable.
• Uphold TEAM's standards of professionalism and quality.
