Qualifications

• Reading, writing and understanding detailed work instructions, procedures, and drawings.
• Strong computer skills; create spreadsheets and word documents; data entry in Windows environment.
• Basic math/algebra; basic science comprehension.
• Eye test completed; NAS-410/NDT certification requirements followed.

Responsibilities

• Certify to level-2 in FPI and DR within 2 years of NDT start date.
• Complete required certification tests (Level 2 – FPI, Level 1 & 2 – DR).
• Maintain certifications every 5 years and follow NDT procedures.
• Operate equipment, run systems checks and routine maintenance.
• Read prints/process drawings for AA TECH products; support process improvements.
• Inspect parts for welds, braze flaws, misassemblies; ensure quality targets.
