Job summary

ALL METALS PROCESSING OF ORANGE COUNTY LLC in Stanton, CA is seeking a Non-Destructive Test (NDT) Trainee for 1st shift. You will participate in a structured training program to become certified in NDT while gaining hands-on experience under supervision.

The role requires adherence to safety regulations, blueprints reading, and the ability to follow precise instructions. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to communicate in English.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate, read, and understand English.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Ability to follow precise instructions.
• Ability to work around hazardous chemicals.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.

• Ability to multitask and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Document participation in a training program for stated NDT method.
• Obtain experience under the direct observation of a Level 2 or Level in the same method.
• Gain experience under the direct observation of a Level 1 or instructor when approved by the responsible Level 3.
• Assist with NDT inspections but do not independently conduct tests or make accept/reject decisions.
• Support department staff as needed.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
