Acuren is hiring temporary NDT/RT Assistants for our Duluth, MN location. The role involves assisting in calibrations, performing nondestructive tests, and recording inspection results under guidance.

Requires a high school diploma (some college preferred), a technical background is desirable, and you must meet background check and driving record standards. Benefits are provided, including medical insurance and 401K.

Qualifications

• Must be able to have experience, credentials and history to be certified as Trustworthy & Reliable to comply with federal and state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred; technical background desirable.
• Must meet company driving record standards to drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• NDT Assistants will assist in calibrations, nondestructive tests, and evaluations for acceptance or rejection determinations.
• Set up and utilize NDT equipment and assist Radiographers in calibration.
• Assist Radiographers to conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities using NDT methods.
• Record results of inspections and perform other related tasks as assigned.
