Montana Precision Products is seeking a trainee for Radiographic Inspection and Liquid Penetrant Testing as part of our NDT program. You will learn to process aerospace components, interpret test results, and develop knowledge of NDT equipment, procedures, and NAS-410 requirements.

The role involves on-site training with exposure to radiation monitoring, PPE, and safe manufacturing practices. A high school diploma is required, and prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of NDT methods and quality procedures.
• Familiarity with X-ray inspection and liquid penetrant testing.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Willingness to train and learn NAS-410 requirements.

Responsabilités

• Review routers, procedures, specs, and drawings related to NDT tasks.
• Process parts per procedures and technical instructions.
• Assist with X-ray equipment setup and radiation area monitoring.
• Support NDT Level II in testing setup, data recording, and reports.
• Maintain NDT equipment and clean work area.
