Managed Staffing, Inc. seeks an experienced NDT Inspector to perform radiographic and penetrant inspections on aerospace components. You will set up equipment, interpret results, and document findings per Level III procedures, while ensuring adherence to NAS-410 standards.

The role requires 1600 hours of radiographic work and 400 hours of penetrant inspection, strong communication, and the ability to work in a high‑performing team in the United States.

Qualifications

• GED/High School or higher is required.
• NAS-410 Level II certification with exams for Radiographic and Penetrant methods.
• Score at least 80% on general and specific exams; detect all specified discontinuities.
• Document 1600 radiographic hours and 400 penetrant hours; formal training hours included.
• Pass a vision test (20/25) and color deficiency test.
• Welding, heat-treating, brazing knowledge a plus; teamwork and communication essential.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required.

Responsabilités

• Review hardware using NDT methods to ensure quality compliance.
• Set up and calibrate equipment, conduct tests and interpret results.
• Document NDT results per Level III approved procedures.
• Familiar with codes and contractual documents controlling methods.
• Develop techniques or work instructions; obtain Level III approval.
• Provide guidance to trainees and junior personnel; adapt to multiple methods.
