Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Mid Level NDT Technician II to perform non-destructive testing on aerospace and manufactured components using Magnetic Particle and Liquid Penetrant methods. You will ensure products meet specifications while maintaining quality and safety compliance.

The role requires 2+ years of NDT experience, familiarity with ASTM NAS410, and the ability to read blueprints. Work hours are first shift, Monday–Friday, in California.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of NDT inspection experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Knowledge of ASTM NAS410 standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and evaluate inspection results in accordance with applicable specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Accurately document inspection findings and maintain quality records.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
• Verify parts meet customer, regulatory, and quality requirements.
• Calibrate and maintain NDT equipment and inspection materials.
• Identify and report nonconforming material or defects.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective action activities when required.
• Ensure compliance with NADCAP, AS9100, customer, and company quality standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Job Details

The NDT Technician II is responsible for performing non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections on aerospace and manufactured components using Magnetic Particle (MT) and Liquid Penetrant (PT) methods. This role ensures products meet customer specifications, engineering requirements, and industry standards while maintaining compliance with quality and safety procedures.

Hours: 1st shift 5am-130pm

Days: Monday-Friday

Duties:

• Interpret and evaluate inspection results in accordance with applicable specifications and acceptance criteria.


• Accurately document inspection findings and maintain quality records.


• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications.


• Verify parts meet customer, regulatory, and quality requirements.
