Job summary

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (OTS) is seeking an NDT Technician Level I to support nondestructive testing activities at our US-PA Red Lion site. You will assist with equipment setup, perform ultrasound and radiography, and document results with strict adherence to NAS 410 standards.

The role emphasizes basic analytical tasks, on-site operation, and maintaining test documentation while pursuing NDT certifications and calibration development as part of the team.

Qualifications

• Attending a vocational/technical school or equivalent training.
• No prior experience required.
• NAS 410 Level 2 certification or progression toward Level 1/2.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and standardizing equipment and documenting results.
• Support development of calibrations and tests.
• Document results in accordance with the specification.
• Identify errors and defects in equipment.
• Use ultrasound, radiography, or other testing methods.
