You will inspect weldments, perform MT and UT tests, and maintain thorough records throughout manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets blueprints and weld symbols.
• Understands welding fundamentals.
• Maintains clear, accurate documentation.
• Communicates effectively in English (verbal and written).
• Maintains attention to detail in fast-paced environment.
• Uses PC-based systems to input/retrieve information.
• Reads safety and quality manuals and drawings; uses measuring/testing equipment.
• Uses measuring devices to verify prints.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final visual weld and dimensional inspections per AWS D1.1.
• Perform MT inspections as a Level II per Sabre’s requirements.
• Perform UT inspections as a Level I per Sabre’s requirements.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
• Maintain quality records and ensure compliance with standards.
• Verify inspection and test status throughout manufacturing.
