Job summary

Acuren is seeking full-time NDT/RT Assistants for our Duluth, MN location. The role involves assisting in calibrations, nondestructive testing, and evaluations to determine acceptance or rejection according to instructions and recorded results.

Preference will be given to candidates local to Duluth, MN due to on-site requirements. Training may be provided for the applicable NDT methods and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some college is preferred.
• Technical background is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up and utilize Nondestructive Test equipment.
• Assist Radiographers in the calibration of NDT equipment.
• Assist Radiographers to conduct tests to ensure quality or detect defects using NDT methods of inspection.
• Record results of inspections.
• Assist performing NDT procedures and carrying equipment.
• Perform other job related tasks as assigned by management.
