Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform non-destructive testing at client sites across locations. You will interpret results, supervise assistants, and ensure safety and quality in accordance with codes and TEAM procedures.

The role requires multiple NDT Level II certs, strong reporting skills, and the ability to travel for field work with safety-focused practices.

Qualifications

• Multiple NDT Level II certifications or equivalents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
• Ability to obtain site access credentials (TWIC, DISA, etc.).
• Experience in refineries, petrochemical plants, pipelines, or fabrication shops.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods per TEAM procedures and codes.
• Interpret and document test results with accuracy and timeliness.
• Supervise NDT Assistants and field staff during operations.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients on scope and results.
• Maintain detailed records including reports and safety documentation.
• Adhere to radiation safety practices and site safety protocols.
• Uphold TEAM’s standards of professionalism and quality.
