Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform Non-Destructive Testing and Inspection at client sites. The role requires holding NDT certifications and demonstrating professionalism with a safety-first mindset. Travel and site duties are integral to the position.

The ideal candidate will interpret data accurately, document results, and supervise field staff while adhering to industry codes and TEAM’s stringent safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Certification in one or more NDT methods (RT, MT, PT, UT, VT) or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret and document test results accurately.
• Experience supervising or guiding field personnel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods per TEAM procedures and client specifications.
• Accurately interpret, evaluate, and document test results using forms, digital systems, or reporting platforms.
• Supervise NDT Assistants and support personnel during field operations.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients regarding scope, access, and results.
• Maintain detailed records including reports, time sheets, and safety documentation.
• Ensure proper radiation safety practices (where applicable).
• Adhere to TEAM’s Life Critical Expectations and site safety protocols.
• Uphold TEAM’s standards of professionalism, integrity, and quality.
