Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is a global leader in asset integrity solutions, seeking a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform testing at client sites. The candidate will interpret results, supervise assistants, and ensure strict safety and quality standards.

This role requires travel and field operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will hold Level II NDT certifications, familiarity with data software, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Multiple NDT Level II certifications or equivalents preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• Ability to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or site credentials.
• Excellent communication skills; travel and field work.
• Safety-focused with willingness to work extended shifts and varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods per TEAM procedures and client specs.
• Interpret, evaluate, and document test results accurately.
• Supervise NDT Assistants and field personnel.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients on scope, access, and results.
• Maintain detailed records and reports, including safety documentation.
