Job summary

PROPULSION CONTROLS ENGINEERING LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance NDT Inspector II with 2–4 years of ship repair/shipyard experience at Bremerton and Everett, WA. The role covers Visual and Liquid Penetrant testing, inspection documentation, and adherence to safety and QA procedures.

You will support Production, customers, and vendors with acceptance criteria, test memos, and related records, while applying NAVSEA standards and process controls to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience executing Visual and Liquid Penetrant inspections and interpreting test results.
• Ability to read and interpret NAVSEA standards, drawings, and related publications.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for Test and Inspection Records (TIRs) and related documents.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-process and final NDT inspections via Visual and Liquid Penetrant methods.
• Schedule, conduct, observe, document, and submit inspection results for work certification (TIRs, TIPs, CFRs, IDRs).
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and process control procedures.
