Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform non-destructive testing at client sites. The role requires certifications in multiple NDT methods and strong documentation skills.

You will supervise assistants, calibrate equipment, and coordinate with project managers while upholding safety practices. Based in the Midland, MI area, this field-heavy position requires travel, extended hours, and adherence to TEAM’s safety standards and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
• TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials obtainable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to travel and work in field environments.
• Must be able to obtain Team Level II Qualifications/Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods per TEAM procedures and codes.
• Accurately interpret, evaluate, and document test results.
• Supervise NDT Assistants and field personnel.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients on scope, access, and results.
• Maintain detailed records including reports and safety documentation.
• Adhere to Life Critical Expectations and site safety protocols.
