JobSquad is seeking a General Manager for the NDT industry in Hollywood, FL to oversee financials, sales, operations, and safety compliance. This leadership role requires extensive NDT knowledge and a proven track record in managing teams across diverse functions.

The position offers a competitive $125,000 annual salary with a yearly bonus incentive, comprehensive medical/dental/vision plans, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Travel to field sites and client locations is expected.

Competenze

• 5+ years of managerial experience in NDT or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to field sites and client locations.

Mansioni

• Oversee P&L, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Direct sales and marketing strategies and forecasts.
• Maintain high-level customer relationships and service standards.
• Supervise facility maintenance and safety compliance.
• Design and manage NDT training/certification programs for staff.
• Lead EH&S initiatives and safety audits.
• Prepare and present compliance and quality documentation.
• Guide strategic plans and cross-functional leadership.
• Compile regular performance and financial reports for the parent company.
