Job summary

The Precision Group is hiring an NDT Level II Technician to perform nondestructive testing on materials, welds, and components across customer sites. Responsibilities include setting up and calibrating RT/UT/MT/PT equipment, interpreting results, and preparing accurate inspection reports per codes and customer specs.

You will travel to job sites, work varied schedules, and ensure compliance with safety, radiation, and quality requirements while mentoring Level I technicians and trainees as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current NDT Level II certification in applicable methods.
• Previous NDT experience in industrial, pipeline, fabrication, or related environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, procedures, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using RT, UT, MT, PT, and other qualified methods.
• Set up, calibrate, operate, and maintain NDT equipment per procedures.
• Interpret results and prepare inspection reports and records.
• Coordinate with site personnel to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
