Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform non-destructive testing at client sites with certifications in RT, MT, PT, UT, VT and related methods.

The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, client satisfaction, safety performance and quality while working across various client locations. The role includes supervising NDT Assistants, calibrating equipment, coordinating with project managers on scope and access, and maintaining detailed records in accordance with procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• NDT Level II certifications or ASNT/PCN/CGSB equivalencies preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods per TEAM procedures and client specs.
• Accurately interpret, evaluate, and document test results.
• Supervise NDT Assistants and field personnel.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients on scope, access, and results.
• Maintain detailed records including reports and safety documentation.
• Adhere to radiation safety practices where applicable and site protocols.
• Uphold TEAM’s safety standards, Code of Ethics, and quality expectations.
