The role emphasizes NDT methods UT/ET, SAP/Solumina, CATIA, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing and suppliers, driving continuous improvement and safe procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ASQ certificate preferred.
• Eight years of technically related experience.
• Experience leading NDT, QA and Calibration lab operations.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering documentation.
• Proficient in English reading/writing/speaking.

Responsabilités

• Lead, plan and coordinate departmental projects.
• Provide technical guidance and oversee tests per priorities.
• Ensure resources and training for personnel.
• Develop and maintain testing methods for programs.
• Communicate tasks clearly to team and stakeholders.
• Maintain equipment and ensure calibration for tests.
• Promote continuous improvement and safety.
• Interface with customers and internal/external partners.
