Job summary

International Inspection Inc. in Seattle, WA, seeks a full-time NDT Assistant to join our marine-focused testing team. You will support ultrasonic, liquid penetrant, visual, magnetic particle, and radiographic inspections, with travel to client sites as needed.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, documented NDT classroom training, a valid driver’s license, and legal work authorization in the United States; TWIC/Rapidgate credentials or ability to obtain them preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or College Certification.
• Documented NDT Classroom Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• TWIC and/or Rapidgate credentials or ability to get them.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-destructive testing at client sites.
• Manage equipment and materials necessary for inspection.
• Compile client reports including CAD drawings and word processing.
• Work with clients to locate indications and their probable causes.
• General shop-assistant duties to keep the NDT shop in working order.
