Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking an entry-level NDE Assistant based in Denver, CO.

The assistant will work alongside certified NDT technicians across client sites, assisting in non-destructive evaluations (UT, MT, PT, RT), managing tools and equipment, logging inspection data across oil & gas, power, aerospace, and industrial sectors. The role involves assisting in setup and execution of tests, transporting tools, supporting radiation safety procedures, and completing field reports while complying with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screenings and background checks.
• Ability to obtain site access credentials (TWIC, DISA).
• Physical capacity to lift 50 lbs and work in elevated or confined spaces.
• Willingness to travel and work extended shifts, weekends, and variable schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified technicians in setting up and executing non-destructive tests (UT, MT, PT, RT).
• Transport, clean, stage, and maintain testing tools, equipment, and field gear.
• Support radiation safety procedures and secure work boundaries during radiographic inspections.
• Execute general labor tasks including rigging, lifting, and setting up access equipment.
• Complete accurate field reports, daily timesheets, and technical documentation.
• Maintain full compliance with TEAM's Life Critical Expectations, client site rules, and OSHA safety standards.
