Job summary

Saint Therese is seeking a Part-Time Non-Certified Nurse Aide (NCNA) to join our compassionate care team. Shifts run 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. with 72 hours per two-week pay period, including every other weekend and holiday.

The role involves assisting residents with daily activities, mobility, and personal care, while adhering to care plans, documenting accurately, and maintaining a safe, infection-controlled environment. Benefits and supportive team culture accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to pass required post-offer screenings, including drug screening, criminal background check, and reference screening.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect
• Collaborate with nurses and care team members to ensure quality, person‑centered care
• Contribute to a positive, culture‑driven community with strong staff‑to‑resident ratios

Minimum Qualifications

• Must meet all federal, state, and local health regulations
• Ability to pass required post‑offer screenings, including drug screening, criminal background check, and reference screening
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and accurately complete assigned tasks
• Demonstrated good judgment, integrity, and respect for others
• Awareness of and sensitivity to resident needs, interests, and abilities
• Strong commitment to compassionate, resident‑centered customer service
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience in senior living, long‑term care, or a healthcare setting
