Job summary
Unitek Learning is a leading healthcare education organization preparing thousands of students to become licensed nurses. The NCLEX Success Specialist role partners with Corporate and Campus Leadership to guide the NCLEX Success team, support faculty and students in ATI CMS and NCLEX-style testing, and oversee remediation and test preparation strategies.
You will coordinate ATI CMS exams, onboard new faculty, monitor licensure progress, and collaborate with campus Nursing Administration to drive
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current, unencumbered licensure.
- Master's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Education.
- Able to meet California BRN faculty requirements.
- Experience mentoring students and strong communication skills.
- Experience teaching pre-licensure nursing using an LMS and ATI CMS/NCLEX prep.
Responsibilities
- Lead the NCLEX Success team with faculty, coaches, and students during weekly exams and remediation.
- Coordinate and enforce ATI CMS exam policies and NCLEX Success procedures.
- Onboard new faculty and ensure completion of ATI product training.
- Track and analyze student progress to identify at-risk learners and guide test prep.
- Participate in weekly meetings and provide updates on licensure outcomes.
