ISC Constructors LLC is seeking NCCER certified instrument technicians with at least 6 years of craft experience and an instrumentation degree to join our maintenance-focused team. The role requires calibration, troubleshooting, and field calibration of instruments, PLC knowledge, and strict adherence to safety standards.

Eligible candidates should have NCCER certification (4+ years), be able to pass drug/background checks, and be prepared for a schedule of 40 hours per week on site across our

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years craft-specific experience
• Minimum 4 years with NCCER Certification
• Associate's degree in Instrumentation
• Ability to pass NCCER Written Skill Assessment
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug/alcohol test and background checks

Responsabilités

• Calibrate, troubleshoot, repair, and replace process instruments as part of the facility’s maintenance program
• Maintain process instruments including valves, vibration monitors and other instruments
• Pressure test pneumatic instruments for leaks, controllers, transducers, and valves in service
• Troubleshoot energized motor controls
• Size thermal-overloads, breakers, and fuses
• Read and interpret one-line schematics and ladder diagrams
• Field calibration of electronic instruments with transmitters, controllers, transducers, valves, and recorders
• Loop check electrical wiring for continuity and proper termination
