Qualifications

• Strong communication, mentorship, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours based on training and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate NCCER Course Curriculum through lectures, presentations, and hands-on training.
• Teach modules including safety, construction math, tools, site preparation, measurement and layout, framing, concrete and roofing.
• Proctor module exams and journey-level assessments.
• Maintain NCCER instructor certifications and testing compliance.
• Mentor apprentices with emphasis on professionalism and site etiquette.
• Coordinate with the Craft Training Director and Master Trainer to ensure apprentice engagement and progress.
