• Demonstrate hands-on critical thinking and problem solving for construction standards.

• Collaborate with postsecondary institutions to build career pathways.
• Prepare instructional materials, maintain equipment, and manage class resources.
• Obtain NCCER program certification documentation for students.
• Lead student organizations related to construction.
• Engage with employers and community groups to promote technical skills.
• Recruit and select students and maintain student records.
• Create an instructional environment that supports student development.
