Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Modernization Portfolio Analyst in the United States to analyze complex systems and support NC3 modernization initiatives.

You will conduct research, develop strategies, and brief senior DoD leaders, translating insights into executive-ready papers and briefings across cross‑functional teams to inform decisions and program direction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in an OSW/Joint Staff or HQ staff role developing strategies and briefing papers.
• Experience with DoD adaptive acquisition framework processes and policies.
• Knowledge of JCIDS or PPBE processes.
• TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and develop strategies and briefings to support NC3 programs.
• Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies and processes for modernization.
• Prepare briefs and decision support materials for senior DoD leadership.
• Support modernization of the NC3 enterprise and related communications systems.
