The GARRETT GROUP is seeking a Functional Management Oversight Specialist to support NC2/NC3 mission systems at Offutt AFB, NE. You will oversee NC2/NC3 capabilities, strategic communications architectures, and survivable command and control platforms in a high-tempo environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• 10+ years supporting NC2/NC3 operations and architectures.
• Experience developing assessments and briefing materials for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level oversight for NC2/NC3 mission systems and survivable C2 capabilities.
• Coordinate enterprise integration and strategic communications management across NC3.
• Prepare operational assessments and decision-support documentation for leadership.
