Job summary

Kensington Consulting Ltd in California seeks an experienced CNC Programmer to develop and optimize programs for multi-axis machining using NX CAM or Mastercam, read technical drawings, and ensure conformance to tolerances.

You will support machine setup, tool selection, process validation, and collaborate with engineering and production teams in a fast-paced shop environment, maintaining revision-controlled documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong CNC programming experience (NX CAM, Mastercam or similar).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Multi-axis machining experience.

• Lean manufacturing knowledge and application.
• Experience with additive manufacturing is a plus.
