Child Development Schools in Durham, NC is seeking a dedicated NC Pre-K Lead Teacher to oversee classroom activities, aligned with NC Division of Child Development and Early Education and NC Pre-K Curriculum.

You will design engaging learning experiences across development areas, conduct regular assessments toward School Readiness Goals, and maintain health and safety while partnering with families through ongoing communication and conferences.

Qualifications

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate NC PreK lessons and activities.
• Maintain safe, organized classroom compliant with licensing and ratio requirements.
• Observe and document child development and share progress with families.

Responsibilities

• Observe and document each child's development and share progress with families regularly
• Build relationships with parents through daily communication and scheduled conferences
• Complete required documentation including attendance, incident reports, and assessments
