Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience preferred in foreclosure matters.
• Member in good standing of the North Carolina State Bar.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review title reports to identify defects impacting foreclosure proceedings.
• Analyze and resolve title issues related to legal description, liens, judgments, and ownership discrepancies.
• Perform title curative work, including reviewing affidavits, satisfactions, deeds, releases, and other corrective instruments.
• Maintain accurate case management and meet strict deadlines in a high-volume environment.
