The ideal candidate must possess a Juris Doctorate and ideally have over 3 years of experience in foreclosure matters, ensuring compliance with North Carolina laws. Responsibilities include reviewing title reports, analyzing title issues, and performing title curative work while maintaining case management accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience preferred.
• Member in good standing of the North Carolina State Bar.
• Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload.

Responsibilities

• Second review title reports to identify defects impacting foreclosure proceedings.
• Analyze and resolve title issues relating to legal description, liens, judgments, and ownership discrepancies.
• Perform title curative work, including reviewing affidavits, satisfactions, deeds, releases, and other corrective instruments.
