Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Foreclosure/Title Attorney in Dallas, TX. The role involves managing foreclosure matters, conducting title reviews, and resolving title issues while ensuring compliance with North Carolina’s foreclosure laws.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate, at least 3 years of experience, and must be a member in good standing of the North Carolina State Bar. This position demands excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to client service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience preferred.
• Member in good standing of the North Carolina State Bar.
• Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload.

Responsibilities

• Second review title reports to identify defects impacting foreclosure proceedings.
• Analyze and resolve title issues, relating to legal description, liens, judgments, and ownership discrepancies.
• Perform title curative work, including reviewing affidavits, satisfactions, deeds, releases, and other corrective instruments.
• Maintain accurate case management and meet strict deadlines in a high-volume environment.
