BCG Attorney Search is looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Foreclosure/Title Attorney in Wilmington, NC. The ideal candidate will have experience with foreclosure matters including title review and title curative work, ensuring compliance with North Carolina foreclosure laws.

Qualifications

• Jurid Doctorate required.
• 3+ years of experience preferred.
• Member in good standing of the North Carolina State Bar.

Responsibilities

• Second review title reports to identify defects impacting foreclosure proceedings.
• Analyze and resolve title issues, relating to legal description, liens, judgments, and ownership discrepancies.
• Perform title curative work, including reviewing affidavits, satisfactions, deeds, releases, and other corrective instruments.
