Job summary

SEACORP is seeking a skilled Systems Integrator to join a team responsible for design and delivery of Navy training systems. The role focuses on OS, network, and COTS hardware integration across Linux environments, VMs, containers, and Kubernetes.

You will oversee software/hardware product development from specs to rollout, and ensure cyber-resilient designs while coordinating with multi-discipline teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in engineering and 7 years of experience, strong

Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline.
7 years of experience.
Proficient with Linux OS and virtualization.
Ability to obtain Secret clearance.
Excellent cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

Develop system architecture to integrate AN/BYG-1 components into shipboard training systems.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and integrate Navy training systems.
Analyze Navy training requirements to meet operational needs.
Develop technical approaches for capabilities and realistic training scenarios.
Assess progress and leverage COTS/GOTS/NDI to support development.
Conduct analyses of alternatives for design decisions.
Design mechanisms for cybersecurity resilience.
Provide technical support during deployment, testing, and training across labs and shipboard locations.
Stay current with Navy training methods and industry best practices.
Lead or participate in stand-up meetings and cross-team groups.
