Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Submarine Combat System Analyst in Washington, DC. This role supports planning, direction, and success of Navy submarine programs, managing milestones, schedules, budgets, and resources.

The candidate will guide technical approaches and coordinate with agencies, traveling 1–3 times per year as needed. Requires 5+ years in Navy Program Management, 2+ years in Navy Engineering Support, and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with Navy Program Management.
  • 2+ years of experience with Navy Engineering Support.
  • Experience with the BYG-1 submarine combat system.
  • Ability to analyze and process engineering program documentation.
  • Ability to assess and update spend plans, to develop, document, and implement new processes, analyze program risks, and develop risk assessments.
  • Ability to organize and track APM action items and milestones tied to different organizations and projects.
  • Ability to be proactive and work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel to support in-person meetings, test events, and training events 1-3 times per year.
  • Secret clearance.
  • HS diploma or GED.
