Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is hiring a Program Analyst for its Strategic Development Group at the Washington Navy Yard. The role provides programmatic and strategic analysis to SSP’s Guidance and Fire Control Branch (SP23) and partners with SP23 leadership to ensure smooth operations.

The position requires a DoD clearance, five days on-site in Washington, and 3–5 years of DoD weapon system/SSP experience. Proficiency in MS Office 365 and Confluence/Jira is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to work at the Washington Navy Yard five days a week.
• Active DoD SECRET clearance (TOP SECRET strongly preferred).
• 3–5 years of DoD weapon system acquisition or Navy operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic and strategic analysis support.
• Track branch actions and ensure timely completion.
• Generate financial, schedule and program summaries for leadership.
