Qualifications

• US citizen and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• 10% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to program administrators by typing, editing, and distributing correspondence.
• Prepare personal awards and engraving of names on plaques.
• Answer and direct incoming calls and visitors.
• Schedule and plan meetings, including conference calls.
• Liaise with staff, applicants and the public daily.
• Maintain filing systems for applicant files and reports.
• Assist with distribution, photocopying, faxing, and mailing of routine materials.
• Compile and maintain data for monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Screen and verify applicant enlistment paperwork in secure systems.
• Organize and analyze statistical information on applicant tracking and marketing analysis.
• Prepare reports describing recurring problems and corrective actions.
